All items purchased are FINAL SALE, including in-store, phone and online orders. If you need more details on an item, please get in touch so we can ensure you end up with what you want! 

If something ends up not working out, we suggest booking a consignment appointment with us or your favorite local consignment shop to get the item back in rotation. 

Shipments go out once a week, usually on Tuesday or Wednesdays. If you need something quicker, please make a note in your order, or give us a buzz at the shop to let us know.
